The ideal package for your quiz night

Yes! The free plan stays free forever. You can play up to 10 questions per quiz with up to 5 teams (or 5 solo players). That's plenty for trying things out or small get-togethers.

With an upgrade, you unlock the limitations:

• Single: Unlocks a single quiz — with unlimited questions and up to 20 participant slots. Perfect for one-off private events.
• Flat: Unlocks all your quizzes, including AI assistance and additional features. Ideal if you quiz regularly, need more than 20 participant slots, or use kwizkid professionally (e.g., in bars, for corporate events, or training sessions).

The Single upgrade applies to one specific quiz and one run. You select which quiz you want to upgrade in your kwizkid account and pay a one-time fee.

Yes! You can test your quiz as many times as you like — a test run doesn't use up your upgrade. Just reset the quiz after testing (click back step by step in the top left), delete the test team, and you're all set for the real event.

Alternatively, you can use kwizkid's preview mode, which works without actual players.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you won't be charged for the next billing cycle, and you keep the benefits of your plan until the end of the current period.

No. We don't see, process, or store your credit card details. All payment processing runs through our payment provider Mollie — for maximum security.

You can request invoices directly in your account under "Orders." Enter your billing address there and we'll generate the invoice for you.

For business plans, you can of course also receive a VAT-exempt invoice if you provide a valid VAT ID.

Yes! We love supporting educational institutions and nonprofits. Schools, universities, and NGOs can request special Education/Nonprofit pricing that's significantly cheaper than regular rates.

Yes, for companies, agencies, or organizations that need multiple licenses (e.g., different locations, multiple event managers), we offer volume pricing.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, SEPA direct debit, EPS, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider Mollie, which is an international standard — we don't store any credit card data ourselves.

For corporate clients, we also offer invoice payment via bank transfer, starting from a certain volume. Billing is monthly or one-time for single events. You'll automatically receive an invoice via email after each payment.
